When you wake up to do routine work as brush, bath, put your cloth after that you take your balance breakfast, go to your work. Your morning routine should be more than just the things you have to do to be a functioning human being. It should get you mentally ready for what you have to do that day, whatever that is.

Moment Of Mindfulness

To do meditation after taking a bath you feel relax. Take 5 or 10 minutes and just sit in silence. Listen to where you are. This helps you understand if you're starting your day in a good place, or if you woke up frustrated, or if something is stressing you out, or if there's something you're really excited about-and from there, you will better understand yourself and how you can best approach the day to work with yourself as you currently are. This is so important.

Light & Regular Meals

If your player to do your routine practice as an exercise after to take your regular meal as required. This helps you ensure that something as important as remembering to eat doesn't get skipped over or replaced with more work throughout the day.this also helps you stay healthy. Eating is already a habit, so the more you can prepare for that habit with healthy,

This habit is for the workaholics and entrepreneurs out there like myself who forget that "free time" doesn't mean "freely working on more new projects." Free time literally means free time. Time spent on nothing. Go for a walk in the park Go meet an old friend for coffee. Go sit around and play Cards Against Humanity with a bunch of friends. Go call your grandma. This free time as a scheduled habit will help reset your brain and help you return to the work later with revitalized enthusiasm.

A lot of stress and anxiety stems from finances take the time to learn the basics about taxes, stocks, investing, saving, etc. And once every week, two weeks, or month, go through your finances and look at where your money went money is going to be part of your life forever. Make it a habit to learn how to use it to your advantage, instead of being defeated by it

 Every night before bed, take a moment to write anything, song-poem or news or article,  journal or next day planning etc.write from the heart. It helps me remember that life is just a story, we are the main character, and if we want tomorrow to be different then simply have to play the part.

Sleep

Sleep is an important habit. It's ok to have those 4 hour nights every once in a while usually. But in general, getting 7 hours of sleep a night will do you good.
